We collect information to provide better services to all our users, including both our B2B Clients and the individual participants entering promotions. This includes:

  • Account Information: When a B2B Client registers, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing information.
  • Participant Information: When you enter a digital promotion, giveaway, or campaign on our Platform, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and any other details required by the specific promotion's official rules.
  • Payment Information: For paid services, transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (WAM and WiPay). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

CariPromos uses the collected data to operate our digital infrastructure and services. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Facilitate and execute digital promotions and automated winner generation.
  • Provide customer support and communicate with B2B Clients regarding their campaigns.
  • Process billing and payments for our Self-Service Promotional Engine and Managed B2B Custom Promotions.
  • Improve the security and reliability of our Platform.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information under the following circumstances:

  • With B2B Clients: If you enter a promotion hosted by a B2B Client on our Platform, your entry data is shared with that specific Client so they can verify eligibility and fulfill prizes.
  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third parties (like WAM and WiPay for payments) who assist us in operating our Platform.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by the gaming, lottery, or consumer protection laws of Trinidad and Tobago, or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration. Data collected on behalf of a B2B Client is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the promotion and comply with legal obligations. After this period, data may be anonymized or securely deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights regarding data held by CariPromos, please contact us. Note that if your data was collected for a B2B Client's promotion, you may need to contact that Client directly.
